Heat up the oven, full whack for 2 minutes and put you French bread until warm and crusty. In a pan, sauté onions, mushroom and tomatoes until soft and mushy, add a teaspoon or two of mustard and brown sauce. Place over warm bread and franks and serve with greens. Lunch.
